Quick pickup, excellent vehicle condition, and attentive service.

Booked more than 10 days in advance, but was told there were no cars upon arrival! The issue is that everyone else waiting was told there were 'no cars' too! They only had a 'pick up truck, do you want it? If not, there's nothing else, just wait. How long? No idea!' After strong protest, they suddenly had a car available two minutes later!

Despite having many Chinese customers, there isn't a single Chinese-speaking staff member.
