Very good and satisfactory. I’m a repeat customer. Sometimes the prices are slightly higher than other companies, but the vehicle quality is reliable. When it's busy, the staff works quickly, but if you have questions they're unsure about, they often recommend sending an email instead, as they cannot provide answers on site.

Overall satisfied. Initially, the provided car didn't meet our rental requirements, but we got a suitable replacement after requesting.

I booked a car in Milan, but we arrived late at the pick-up point during lunch break. After making a call, a friendly Italian guy came to open the door for us, although he charged a 30 Euro service fee, it was better than waiting for 2 hours. However, the automatic car we booked wasn't available because the system didn't have our order information. The only car left was a small manual Fiat, which we couldn't operate. Another automatic car had to be returned to Milan, not at a different location. Reluctantly, we had to give up. In the end, thanks to QEEQ for assisting with the refund after we returned.

I booked in Florence city center but failed to realize that they close at 12:30pm on Sunday. After a couple of hours of panic, my wife and I went to the airport car rental, after a few minutes, the staff managed to switch the pickup point to theirs and we were on our way. Very grateful to the staff are the Europcar rental at Florence airport, they helped us out a lot!!!!!!!

Hopeless dropping the car off, we just left it in the end. We had an issue with the first car and we had to get a taxi 1.5 hours back to the airport to pick up a replacement!
