Picking up and returning the car was quite convenient. The vehicle was spacious, and aside from the unpleasant odor from the air conditioning, everything else was fine.

Since I purchased full insurance, there was no upselling, and the deposit was refunded quickly. Overall, it's a positive experience.

AVIS, as one of the leading global rental companies, engaged in deceptive practices during the car return process. They altered the return time and charged nearly 90 euros for a full tank of fuel despite the car being returned with a full tank. Thankfully, I kept the fuel receipt and dashboard photo from before the return, which allowed me to get the money refunded.

The car rental company charged excessive repair fees, ten times the normal amount. A complaint has been filed.
