The queue time was quite long, and efficiency was low. It took six hours for the tow truck to arrive after a flat tire, and then we had to queue for another three hours to get a car. It wasted an entire day for us.

Very good, the handsome gentleman provided excellent service. We presented the rental confirmation, original driver's license, the translated version provided by QEEQ, and our passports. It only took a few minutes to get the car.
