Smooth

Salisbury is quite a rural area, so there weren't many customers.

Not many people in line, and the staff were quite friendly.

There was a glitch in the system between Qeeg and Enterprise at the time of picking the car up. The counter assistant was very helpful,but it looked like the wrong price on the booking agreement which worried us at the time. We weren't charged anymore which was a relief. We couldn't fault the staff or Qeeg, but the IT system did have a problem.

We are happy with the Qeeg booking, and the fact it was a good price.

We had to wait to get the car as the car reserved for us was not returned by the previous hirer in time. The Enterprise staff was courteous and arranged a car for us and gave as an upgraded car.

There was no other cars available so I get the petrol Jaguar. I am not particularly fond of this car, but everything else was good.
