The car pickup and return process was very smooth and simple, making the trip very enjoyable and satisfying.

My booking said GPS navigation would be provided, but this was not so. Tank was 7/8 filled although counter staff told me I had to return it with a full tank of petrol.

Price Drop seems to be only a gimmick..

The car pickup was smooth, the vehicle was new and equipped with CarPlay. It had a high chassis but a compact size, making it suitable for small roads in the UK. The price was reasonable. We purchased QEEQ insurance, but they still promoted the rental company's insurance. During signing, they pre-selected it without asking, and when we requested to remove it, they claimed to have done so but actually didn't. Upon returning the car, we noticed the insurance fee was deducted. After contacting the staff present that day, they admitted the mistake and canceled it.

Like: No line ups and fast friendly efficient staff... Exactly what we needed after a 24 hour flight.
Dislike: There was no additional driver option on the easy rent cars website, we had to arrange this with Enterprise directly
