We really wanted to rent a toyota rav 4 specifically, and as you know you book a class of car (small SUV). on our arrival the toyota was not available, but the staff did everything they could to make it available to us - and it worked! Thank you to the people at the desks and those in the car park for your kindness and friendliness. We really appreciate it, you are great!

Pure joy and maximum safety Renting car with queeq is a pleasure - no hidden costs, everything is clearly described, there are no hooks. Thanks to the instructions I know exactly what to do, where the rental company is, what the deposit policy or fuel policy is. When I rent through queeq the rental companies are not pushy in selling additional insurance, everything works smoothly and seamlessly. Thanks queeq that you exist!

Your customer service online and contact number is atrocious. Location only open from 9am-12pm. Customer service on the phone was completely useless and incompetent. Avis acts as if they have nothing to do with Avis locations and are incapable of contacting anyone else within Avis especially their car rental locations.

Excellent service. Initially had some issues, but they were resolved well through communication.
