Jesse, the Avis representative, went above and beyond to assist me securing a rental car as my reservation came in late the night before and there were no cars available the next morning. Jesses tried to reach me and the number on file with Qeeq was incorrect. Within 10minutes, Jesse secured a car for me and I was on my way! In addition, Jesse remedied the intense cleaning fluid smell in the car which would have been difficult to drive 2hrs with the windows closed.

We really wanted to rent a toyota rav 4 specifically, and as you know you book a class of car (small SUV). on our arrival the toyota was not available, but the staff did everything they could to make it available to us - and it worked! Thank you to the people at the desks and those in the car park for your kindness and friendliness. We really appreciate it, you are great!

Pure joy and maximum safety Renting car with queeq is a pleasure - no hidden costs, everything is clearly described, there are no hooks. Thanks to the instructions I know exactly what to do, where the rental company is, what the deposit policy or fuel policy is. オーランド国際空港でのレンタカー予約は今回で３回目だったので、深夜到着でも不安はありませんでした。予約していた車両が用意されておらず少し時間がかかりましたが、予約車種よりグレードの高い車両を予約価格でレンタル出来ました。到着ゲートがBゲートでAVIS窓口もBで手続きしましたが、車両はAゲート側の駐車場に停めてあり、たどり着くまで少し時間が掛かりました。海外でのレンタカー予約は希望していた車種が無いことが度々あるので注意が必要です。
