The staff at Syracuse were very attentive, and there was no upselling. Returning the car in New York was also quick.

The first car the back hatch did not work. Then they gave me a Jeep renegade which I could not fit into. The third car a chev. Suv was fine. But it took way to long, and the young girl behind the counter did not care.

Was a good process.

The Asian staff member persistently tried to sell insurance very calmly. Waited 20 minutes to get the car, could be more efficient. The car was relatively new, but after 2 days the radiator temperature suddenly rose, and the replacement car was a smaller one.

Esperamos bastante tiempo para recoger el auto. Sin embargo nuestro turno fue muy expedito. El vehículo en muy buenas condiciones, tal cual el anuncio.

Excelente el sistema de protección de precios. Lamentablemente un día antes de la recogida me di cuenta que había puesto mal las fechas, sin encontrar mucha información, anule la reserva y la volví a tomar con las fechas correctas, lamentablemente más caro. Al llegar la factura me cobraron ambos arriendos, contacté al servicio al cliente y de inmediato me hicieron la devolución correspondiente. Ahora que se como funciona, volvería a usar sus servicios.
