While the car itself met my expectations, my experience at the counter was disappointing. The representative added services like Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) and Additional Liability Insurance (ALI) without my consent or explanation. This resulted in unexpected charges that I only noticed later. Transparency at the counter needs significant improvement to ensure customers are fully informed about what they are signing.

The booking process with QEEQ.COM was smooth, and the platform provided a competitive price. However, when unexpected charges were added by Avis, the support I received from QEEQ was limited. While QEEQ did assist in contacting Avis, a clearer process to escalate such disputes and ensure customers are protected from unauthorized charges would improve the service.
