I filled up the tank before returning the car, yet they still charged me. Very disappointing, I will not rent from Dollar again.

Encountered issues during payment; reserved the car for 10:00 AM pickup but ended up getting it at 1:40 PM. Got stuck in heavy rain and traffic on the way, but thankfully didn’t miss the flight. Although the bank indicated the UnionPay credit card pre-authorization was successful, the counter staff insisted it wasn't and repeated attempts couldn’t complete the process. Later, another staff member who seemed more professional managed to resolve it with a paper contract, and we finally got the car.
