I wish we didn’t have to wait for our car that long

Car was good. I only had a problem with Hertz as I had a late flight and called them directly as I am a member and asked if I could just go straight to my car. When I called and said I was a member, they asked for my membership number and then they proceeded to cancel my original reservation and rebook it and a much higher rate without telling me. Why? Who knows. This caused confusion at pick up to say the least. I took the car and decided to sort it out later. QEEQ took care of this for me after I called them and explained what had happened.

We received our car with only a quarter tank. This was disappointing, since there was a gas station directly in front of the place. We only needed the car for roughly 150 miles, therefore it was difficult to estimate how much gasoline to put in the car to leave it exactly at a quarter tank at the final destination. We do not live in the US which makes the miles/gallon estimation difficult. In the end we returned the car with more gas than we received it, i.e. we paid more for the overall rental than we should have. Not receiving the car full was very disappointing and inconvenient for several reasons.
