Both pickup and drop-off were convenient. The store was quite busy, so there was some waiting time when retrieving the car. The compact car booked was not in great condition, but they upgraded it for free. Got lucky and received a newly returned Camry, which turned out to be a brand-new car.

Like: Loved everything about my experience. No strings arrache. Just walked in grabbed my car and left. Some of the best memories of my entire life were made during these 3 weeks with our car rental. Nothing like a family road trip.
