The car was wrecked. It had a cigarette burn on the seat and sand in the back seat. We tried to exchange it at the airport but it was a disaster.

The queue was relatively normal. They recommended insurance and return fuel service, but I declined all of them. A $250 deposit was deducted. I booked an Edge but received an Escape instead, which is a lower class model. In the evaluation, there's no option for the Escape, so I could only choose Edge. Well, it is what it is.

“Excellent vehicle in very good condition Very simplified return process”

Did not get the Chevrolet traverse, but a Ford Explorer which was an excellent vehicle. Only draw back was the long line when I picked up the car. After a 16 hour flight would have preferred a short waiting period. Overall the customer service staff very helpful
