They upsold a highway toll box and charged an extra $240. Also, make sure to check the contract before picking up the car, as they had already charged for a full tank of gas. When returning the car, be sure to return it empty. I returned it with a full tank, and it was nearly impossible to get a refund through them. It's also very hard to reach the car rental company by phone in the U.S. Lastly, they required the gas receipt, which nobody usually keeps.

The staff had great attitudes, and the car pickup was convenient. The only downside was the forced insurance purchase. When picking up the car, I specifically went back to ask two staff members about it, and they assured me it was fine. So, I decided to proceed with the car rental. However, after returning home, I discovered I was still charged (even though I had purchased QEEQ’s full coverage insurance, which made it unnecessary). After communicating with QEEQ, the store was very cooperative and refunded the charge. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

The wait time for picking up the car was too long. QEEQ doesn't allow advance registration for Fast Break. Budget's prices are relatively affordable, so the wait time tends to be longer. It's recommended to align the car rental time with the flight arrival time, as the wait is typically about half an hour.

The service quality varies by location. Miami was excellent, but in LA it was poor and they charged extra fees.

The service was fine, but the car's CarPlay had issues, including system crashes and GPS drift. Ultimately, I had to use my phone for navigation.

Very satisfied, I’ve decided to stick with this company.

Initially, they assigned the same car to us and another person, and later replaced it with a different car for us. During pickup, they added a lot of extra tow insurance and other fees without informing us, just hurriedly told us to sign at a few spots. The total rental fee was $300, but they ended up charging us over $200 more.

Our English is not very good, but the front desk staff was very friendly and helped us complete all the rental procedures. Their attitude was excellent, and this company is trustworthy.

Good vehicle condition and excellent service.

Very efficient, no unnecessary talk. The whole process was done in less than 10 minutes. No queues at the pickup point, and it was completely unattended.

The car itself was good, and the rental process was very easy and straightforward. There were only small dents and scratches on the bodywork, but nothing major that affected its performance. However, the USB port for connecting to Apple CarPlay didn't work properly, which was quite inconvenient. Everything went well with the car, but when I returned it, I was charged an extra 50$ for fuel, even though the tank was full. I've tried to get a refund, but so far, no luck. This is very annoying and has been the most frustrating part of the experience. Overall, the car and the rental process were fine, but the extra charge and the difficulty in resolving it leave a bad impression.

Everything perfect as always. QEEQ makes car rental easy and safe. A must for my trips.
