Sales stuff offered several upsale options, all declinedhowever apeared in invoice and was chrged another 200$ which was quite surprising

Initially, they assigned the same car to us and another person, and later replaced it with a different car for us. During pickup, they added a lot of extra tow insurance and other fees without informing us, just hurriedly told us to sign at a few spots. The total rental fee was $300, but they ended up charging us over $200 more.

The car rental staff was arrogant and uncommunicative. They didn't answer my questions and insisted on selling me additional insurance at first. I declined and specified that I didn't need any extra services beyond what I had booked online. Then, they brought up the fuel issue, to which I replied, 'I will refill the gas when I return.' However, while signing the contract, I realized they had included a clause for pre-purchasing a full tank of gas. They rushed me to sign multiple parts, and when I asked for explanations, they just said 'you have to agree' and kept pressuring me, mentioning there were people waiting behind me. They charged a $100 deposit as a vehicle deposit. When we returned the car with a full tank of gas, we noticed the $100 pre-authorization had turned into a $33.45 charge. We approached the rental counter again, noticing that the lady at the counter was not attending to anyone. When we tried to talk to her, she told us to step back behind the line, saying she was busy and that we should wait until she called us. When she finally called us over, she continued doing her task without looking up and rudely said 'talk to me!' Her attitude was very arrogant and filled with discrimination against Chinese people! Regarding the issue of pre-purchasing a full tank of gas, they said we had signed for it in the contract, and they would not refund us for the extra gas we had refilled. The most infuriating part of this experience was the rental company's attitude towards Chinese people!

I picked up the car at 8:30 AM, arrived half an hour early but there were still many people. I waited in line for over an hour and the staff were very impatient due to various reasons. It felt like there are always long lines no matter what time it is. Even when I returned the car at 9 PM, there were still many people in line.

Car type reservation was not available, thus the company was forced to honor with an upgrade. Personnel at counter was not quite amiable probably caused by a reservation not done directly thru the company website, they can not find the reservation nor understood where was the reservation at the printed papers showing it, after a while, they finally noticed it.
