The directions at O'Hare Airport are very clear. Taking the Blue Line train gets you there quickly. Once you get off, there's a whole row of rental counters downstairs. The process is simple, and you can head straight to the second floor to pick up the car.
The service was excellent. We had seven large suitcases, and the customer service suggested upgrading from the originally booked RAV4. It turned out to be perfect for fitting them all.
