Since I picked up the car in the morning, there was no one at the counter. Using the self-service pickup was a bit tricky. The staff's service attitude was great, but self-service pickup can be difficult if you don't speak English, so be aware.

Additionally, to pick up the car, customers must return to the airport to find a model that meets their requirements.
