Very satisfied, efficient and fast.

The car was very new, extremely satisfied.

I arrived on time, but there was no car available. It took an hour past the agreed time to get the car, and it wasn't the model I had reserved.

The provided car had over 20,000 kilometers and was relatively new.

When I arrived at Evenes Airport, I found out that all the cars at the store had been rented out, so I had to wait about an hour to get a car. However, they provided me with a brand new Toyota Corolla Cross SUV, which was quite decent to drive. That said, the engine noise was quite loud when driving on steep slopes later on, which might need some attention. Additionally, I returned the car in Harstad, but the operating hours listed on QEEQ were incorrect. The store was closed on Sunday. I recommend checking the hours on Google instead. As a result, I had to spend quite some time at the store entrance before figuring out how to drop the keys into the self-service drop box, which was quite time-consuming.

The car's windshield wipers had some issues, leaving streaks after wiping during rain, making the view ahead almost invisible and extremely dangerous!

The reserved car model was unavailable, and neither the rental company nor the platform informed us in advance. In fact, we are not very familiar with other car models.

Arrived on Saturday night and used self-service, which was a bit complicated. Fortunately, we saw the Northern Lights that evening, which brightened the mood.

Since I directly communicated with the manager during my last rental, this time there were no hassles.

The car rental service has improved compared to before.

The car I was given had a leaking tire, and I wasn't informed in advance, which made me anxious throughout the journey.

Terrible. The actual car provided was a Toyota RAV4, which costs only around a hundred thousand yuan in the market, while the intended rental was a Volvo 60, valued at six hundred thousand yuan. The difference is huge, completely unmatched, and not in the same value tier, but the charges were the same. Service coordination was futile, leaving me speechless and with a very poor experience.

Arrived on time to pick up the car but was informed there were no available vehicles, nor any alternatives. No solution was provided, and it was unclear how long the wait would be. The company simply ignored the issue. Many others at the location faced the same problem, raising suspicions of severe overbooking.

The car was in excellent condition and very smart, making it easy to drive. However, the downside is that both pickup and dropoff are mostly self-service, which can be inconvenient. Plus, the dropoff location is quite remote.
