Terrible. The actual car provided was a Toyota RAV4, which costs only around a hundred thousand yuan in the market, while the intended rental was a Volvo 60, valued at six hundred thousand yuan. The difference is huge, completely unmatched, and not in the same value tier, but the charges were the same. Service coordination was futile, leaving me speechless and with a very poor experience.

The reserved car model was unavailable, and neither the rental company nor the platform informed us in advance. In fact, we are not very familiar with other car models.

The car rental process was smooth, and it was the first time I got the exact model I reserved. Quite satisfied.

Despite confirming no violations, an additional 700 NOK was charged! No clear response from the rental company so far!
