That said, the engine noise was quite loud when driving on steep slopes later on, which might need some attention. Additionally, I returned the car in Harstad, but the operating hours listed on QEEQ were incorrect. The store was closed on Sunday. I recommend checking the hours on Google instead. As a result, I had to spend quite some time at the store entrance before figuring out how to drop the keys into the self-service drop box, which was quite time-consuming.

The provided car had over 20,000 kilometers and was relatively new.

The reserved car model was unavailable, and neither the rental company nor the platform informed us in advance. In fact, we are not very familiar with other car models.

Hertz by Eva might not have onsite staff. Recommend contacting them via email beforehand.
