From the booking stage, their customer service was patient and professional, promptly answering all my questions and even offering practical vehicle recommendations based on my itinerary. At the store, the staff was warm and efficient, quickly processing the paperwork while thoroughly explaining the car's features and local driving precautions. Now about the car itself – its condition was excellent. I rented a spacious SUV with comfortable seats and great visibility. The interior was well-equipped, and everything functioned perfectly. The driving experience was smooth and stable, which was ideal for Oslo’s diverse road conditions. Plus, the fuel consumption was lower than I expected, saving me quite a bit of money. Oslo’s scenery is breathtaking, and renting a car gave me the freedom to explore every hidden corner. Before renting, I checked the condition of the car and took a 360-degree video, noticing there was already a dent on the vehicle. After returning the car, the rental company emailed us claiming that we caused damage to the car. Even after providing the video, they questioned why we took the video at 8:30 when we had completed the rental process at 8:00. Can't we take a break after completing the rental process and then take the car? The company's management is chaotic—they fail to properly document pre-existing issues with their cars. Even though we provided evidence, they didn't check whether we left the parking lot during that half-hour. Instead, they seem to be waiting for us to prove we weren't responsible. If we can’t prove it, are they expecting us to pay for damage we didn’t cause?
