Hello , I rented a car from budget desk from suvarnabhumi airport at 20:00 on 17th February. Your staff at front desk was very rude. She was trying to explain ‘taking photo of the fine of driving high speed brochure and send as email’. At the beginning , I didn’t understand because of Thai accent. then she started speaking with very high tone and ugly speaking sound. these girls at front deck can be more polite with Thai smile
Average, the return experience was extremely poor. On the way to return the car, I missed the PTT gas station and the tank wasn't full, which cost around 300-400.
It took an hour to pick up the car, as they kept insisting that I hadn't purchased insurance. I contacted Zuzuche's customer service to resolve the issue. Returning the car was smooth and without any problems.
Very good, this is my second time. Great service attitude, no hidden charges or unreasonable issues. Booked a Yaris but they silently upgraded me to a Corolla. Thumbs up for the store.
The service attitude was excellent, and the process of picking up and inspecting the vehicle was very quick. They provided a phone number for direct contact in case of issues. Overall, a very positive experience.
