The car rental company I chose this time was excellent, with prompt service, no hidden charges, and no upselling of additional services. Overall, very satisfied.
The vehicle was not in good condition, it had been in a collision before and had some damage. The mileage was also quite high. During the rental period, the car key suddenly stopped working, and after a lot of troubleshooting, it was discovered that the key battery was dead. Upon contacting the rental company Hertz, customers were asked to purchase and replace the battery themselves, which doesn't seem very reasonable. Overall, not very satisfied.
