Quite aggressive up selling from the original counter clerk and then there was the disastrous tyre situation on the original car. We will not rent from that location again.
I use Avis in Europe but the car picked up in Dallas was in poor condition - holes in seats, many scratches & small dents, scuffed alloys etc. I won’t be selecting them again in the US. In fairness the pick-up and drop off process was smooth and the staff obliging.
