The car was in good condition, service was great, no hard selling, easy pick-up and drop-off.

Queue times depend on how many people are there; if there aren't many Chinese, it won't be too slow. Service mainly depends on the renter's English proficiency; you can't expect everyone to speak Chinese. What kind of car you get is pure luck. I once booked a compact car but was able to take a small van after confirming with the staff, and there was no extra charge.
