Decent rates

Very convenient, got an upgrade to a big Jeep. It was a new car with only over a thousand kilometers, at the original price. The car rental place is popular, and the service is quite good.

It was raining the day I rented the car. Despite there not being many people renting, there was still a queue, seemingly all from the airport. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

I spend around 45 minutes to received my car. I booked Toyota Yaris bus I received the bigger one than I booked.

They really need to organize their offic, they were going back and forth into the back office. The agent took a phone call while checking me in, they need one person answering calls. When I checked out, the woman seemed to helping multiple customers at one time. After we return the car, most of us are going to the airport for our flight home. They really need to organize and delegate duties.

Dislike: gas was not full tank to full tank.
