Good overall experience

Poor English, selling unnecessary services, no reminders for important notices.

The pickup queue was too slow, waited for two hours. The order should have been 74.5 EUR at the rental company, but they charged me 120 EUR.

Everything smooth and pleasant as always. Upgrade offered and taken.

Fantastic app and better prices than all the other competitors.

The car was not a jeep compass enten thugh there was several at the Pick up spot. There was 5-6 damages, the first staff member had a lot of pictures of the damages. And when I returner the car, they wanted we to pay for One of those damages.....only because I had several pictures of the car from the Pick up date, I managed to get through the drop off circus!!

The vehicle had warning messages and was damaged on 3 corners! We asked if there was a mapping system at the counter and were told no - so paid extra for a GPS system when there was a GPS in the car! At drop off there was no one at the counter and we had to call and wait for someone to come - he was then very cranky. All in all a terrible experience.
