I think it's not as bad as some online reviews claim. As long as you clearly state that you don't need any additional services, there are no unnecessary charges.

Too Long wait for pickup. Adding additional Driver experience was worst. We went to two Europe car offices both told us different policy - absolutely useless. Staff training issue?

Car was a good one. However not the one I asked for. In Heathrow airport pickup was taking longtime due to busy hours I Guess.

Everything was fine but only one thing I am not happy with, which is you guys are scare people by your terms and conditions who are hiring first time. Car was absolutely fine, no issues however I was scared by your terms and didn't enjoy my holidays, it put me off and I didn't use car as much as I wanted for. Also, I made complaint but not satisfied with the answer. Another thing is I am still waiting for my nectar points. I had email without an attachment or instructions. If it was sorted by 28th then I would have able to take part in draw as well. This one was my first experience with Europecar but not great. Even response are not that quick either. I don't know if it would be resolved or not.

They dont appear to be prepared to make clear resdy in time for orderly pick up. After droo off I realize I have my mobile phone mount/holder left in the car. No one from Europcar kind enough to inform me to pick up the item.
