Good value. Very satisfied

The staff at the front desk were very patient and friendly. The vehicle was overall clean, well-prepared, and had low mileage. We initially booked a Camry, but they upgraded us to a 7-seater Chevy Traverse after noticing we had a lot of luggage.

The staff at the counter charged additional fees, but did not clearly explain the details of the charges.

They told me out of nowhere that the car was upgraded. I had no idea about this. The rental company said I signed the contract, but who reads through such a long contract word by word? Not notifying customers about such changes is just taking advantage of those who don't speak English well.

Initial car given was not cleaned. Second car broke down. took 6 hours to provide replacement car then wrong class of car.
