Fast process, car exterior acceptable, but the interior is extremely dirty. The pickup and drop-off location is extremely far from the airport!

The rental company's service was quite good. Upon arrival at the airport, I called them and they directed me to the pick-up location. There was no hard sell when picking up the car, and the process was quick. The car itself was satisfactory overall. However, the company didn't thoroughly clean or inspect the car before handing it over. There was trash left by previous users, and the windshield washer fluid was low after a single use, so I had to buy a bottle to refill it.

Every time the model I reserved is different from the one I actually get. If it will definitely be different, why let us choose the model? This is the biggest dissatisfaction!

Car was excellent

The location was a bit off the beaten path, but easy to find and navigate to. We got our car within a reasonable time, and it was a very new model, a great value for the price. My only complaint was the faint cigarette smell in the car, but a minor issue.
