Pretty darn good.

Unable to extend the rental, even in-person at the store didn't work. Late by a day and it costs 121 dollars, about 5 times more expensive. The one-week rental was only 200 dollars.

Waited at the airport for forty minutes before someone came to pick us up. When returning the car at 8 AM, no staff was present, had to hand the keys over to a non-staff member, and there was no shuttle to the airport. The car was very dirty, the worker just gave it a quick wipe, and the gas tank was almost empty.

The instructions were unclear, and it took half an hour to pick up and drop off the car.

Not enough staff with over booking that makes the pickup process very slow.

Staff were friendly and proficient, although understaffed at counter resulting in a long wait after an already long day.

Worked well.
