Routes car rental is a group of people who have absolutely no Interest in customer service. They are rude beyond belief. I was there for 2 hours and witnessed 4 different parties having problems and all 4 turned away and went to a different rental company. Just do not under any circumstance go here

“Much Cheaper but our experience was really good.”

Reviews read were sometimes terrible but the price difference was huge. So we paid for the extra insurance and took a chance and everything was really very good. Apparently Routes rules are really strict so perhaps be careful about the T&C's. We would definitely use again if the prices stay low. They don't actually have any Nissan Pathfinders but the big Dodge was fine.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
