Excellent value and professional service.

It took a long time to pick up the car, but the return process was very quick.

The car pickup was slow, only one person was processing, and there was no explanation when we switched cars.

The staff could be a little more helpful rather than just minding their own business after asking the customer to wait in the sitting area for more than 20mins after all documentation is completed, could be that I went in on a Sunday in the evening and they are overworked.

Very weird business, very short staffed and poorly organized. A lot of people on both visits were basically panicking by how bad it was.
