Very convenient, got an upgrade to a big Jeep. It was a new car with only over a thousand kilometers, at the original price. The car rental place is popular, and the service is quite good.

There was a long wait time to get the car key after the registration is complete. None of the staff cared about telling how long it is going to take to give the key.

The staff could be a little more helpful rather than just minding their own business after asking the customer to wait in the sitting area for more than 20mins after all documentation is completed, could be that I went in on a Sunday in the evening and they are overworked.

Nice website with all required information at one place

Car was perfect and practically brand new. Service was excellent - no hard sell for extra insurance was appreciated. Drop off was straight forward - all staff friendly and polite.
