Hertz was easy to find, and the car was in good condition. I initially rented a Sportage, but there were none available, so they upgraded me to a BMW for free. That's the difference with big companies.

The car had 24 pieces of damage. The car was not available on pick up. The car when arrived was difficult to find. The staff were not helpful
