Bad experience with Routes.

Customer service was terrible. The shuttles to get from the airport to the rental place were very full, so we had to wait a lot to just get to the rental location. Then, we had to wait even more there to get out our car. In addition, they made a mistake when preparing our car, so we were charged twice, although the fixed it in the end, it was an inconvenience.

The process to rent a car was seamless, however since Routes was not that good, I wish there was a better way to see what people have to say about rental companies before renting a car.

Routes was easy to deal with. People were helpful and friendly and I would definitely rent from them next year when I am back. I love the car I had and it exceeded my expectations.

“Second day I could not start the car. I called them back and they said sorry we are under staffed.”

0 customer service. I needed help to start the car at remote area they did not help me. I’m very disappointed with the service.

“Best price by far, no frills.”

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
