Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.

“Felt that I got away lucky”

While I didn't have any problems with my rental, there is a definite fly-by-night feeling to the whole experience. Their premises is an unrenovated former Chinese restaurant. I did not get the vehicle that I expected, and I did not see the variety of models that they claimed to offer in their lot. I was also asked about obvious wear and tear as "damage" to the vehicle, which was dropped when I offered to involve American Express.

“Surprisingly good”

Decent place. They didn't have the vehicle I ordered so we had to go back and forth until we agreed on a vehicle - a Jeep WRangler. Price was really good. Airport pickup vehicle is clearly too small since some people had to wait for 2-3 trips.
