I want to specifically praise Sicily By Car. Both picking up and returning the car was very quick. The staff at the counter and the return area spoke decent English, were efficient, and friendly. Compared to another company I used in Florence, the experience was worlds apart. The deposit refund only took 2 days.

Huge five-star review for Sicily by Car!!! The staff are very attentive and even upgraded us to an Audi A1 for free. The car was very new, with just over 8000 kilometers. We bought full insurance, and despite many scratches from our road trip, we weren't charged a penny! A hundred thousand thanks! The car pick-up spot is on the underground level 1 of Terminal 1 at the airport. Make sure to pay attention to whether you should go downstairs from the parking garage or the car rental office, as we went around in circles and wasted some time.

Did have to wait on pick up as there was 3 people waiting and only one person serving. He was helpful when we did get served.
