Not bad. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the rental car company. Just a short wait, and it goes directly there. The staff were very friendly and everything was orderly. The only issue was that there were quite a few people in line. We had to wait for almost half an hour to get our turn.

Like: The car drove nice and had plenty of leg room
Dislike: Car was dirty at pickup and was missing some fender trim
