Unfortunate

Only half a tank of fuel provided, but the contract stated a full tank. I had to call to dispute it. It's been a week, and I still haven't received my deposit back.

The car pick-up process was straightforward and clear, and the service attitude was excellent.

Staff pushing unnecessary services, wasting time.

Very bad. They didn't require a tire inspection when picking up the car and tried to sell us scratch insurance, which we declined. Upon return, the inspector claimed there were scratches on the tires and said they would deduct from the deposit card for repairs (basically, they were going to replace the tires). No argument worked; we demanded to confront the staff who handed over the car, but they ignored us.

There were additional charges.
