There was a minor issue with the fuel tank not being full and having to overpay for fuel as a result, but otherwise fine service.

Terrible company. I booked a car for 9 AM, but due to some delays, I arrived 2 hours and 18 minutes late. They said there were no cars left. Such a big company doesn't even have one automatic car? And their attitude was awful, saying they only hold the car for two hours and after that you're on your own. The staff had a strange accent and gave unclear explanations.
