The car was casually rinsed with water before being handed over and wasn’t dried, leaving noticeable spots due to hard water in the UK. The interior also had dust and fingerprint smudges on the screen. When returning the car, they suggested returning it clean, but honestly, it didn’t affect the return process. Their attempts to upsell insurance felt a bit unfair—if you don’t buy their insurance, even a small damage the size of a billiard ball would cost £2000. Yes, you read that right, 2k!

Enterprise offers great value. Since the large company didn't have automatic small cars available at that time, they upgraded us for free to a brand-new 2024 larger car with unlimited mileage. The car was excellent to drive, equipped with assisted driving and CarPlay. Highly recommended!

The store deceived customers. We booked a Mercedes on the app but were given a Peugeot 308. Currently, the customer service of the rental app is helping us negotiate a refund. We are waiting for the result.
