The car rental counter is located right where you pick up your luggage, very convenient. I booked a Kia but was given a Foton Mustang, which looks pretty cool. However, the fuel consumption is high; American cars tend to be fuel-intensive. The front passenger seat needs to be reclined flat to be comfortable, otherwise, the seat is sunken and uncomfortable to sit in. Returning the car is also very easy; you just drive to the airport parking lot. Someone comes to record the mileage and fuel data, and then you’re good to go. A few minutes later, the rental company refunds your deposit. Super convenient.

It would be better if there were machines.

The staff was not meticulous. Despite having a completed order with payment, they charged us again for an erroneous order, causing a lot of trouble.

Staff on phone and counter when I blew a tire were very helpful and ensured a quick changeover vehicle. I have not been advised yet if Budget will claim damages from and what the insurance process will be. I think you should be notified if there is an issue or if it is all clear within 24 hours, and any held money returned, not 30 to 60 days as stated on the QEEQ booking.

Very cheap. Very easy to change a booking. Would like clearer information on process when you have damage to the vehicle that you may need to claim on the insurance. My next car hire shows as completed when I haven't even picked it up yet. This makes me nervous as I head into the airport. It should show completed once I return it. I hope it's waiting for me when I get there.
