Overall satisfied. Both pickup and drop-off were at the airport, but you need to call in advance to confirm the exact location. If you don't have full insurance, be sure to mark all existing vehicle issues with the staff during pickup; otherwise, there could be major problems during drop-off! I bought full insurance at the airport and assumed the staff had already marked all issues when I picked up the car, but many previous scratches and dents were actually not noted. When returning the car, the staff claimed there were scratches. Luckily, I had full insurance and the initial video, so I wasn't charged extra. Otherwise, I definitely would have been charged! Make sure to buy full insurance at the airport from the car rental company, not just through the app…

Firstly, the pick-up and drop-off instructions provided by Zuzuche have issues. For picking up the car, the procedure should be to handle the paperwork at the Naples airport desk first, then take a shuttle bus to the parking lot 4km away to collect the car. Instead, Zuzuche directed us straight to the parking lot, only for us to find out there that we needed to return to the airport for paperwork. The efficiency at the airport desk is low; the slow-moving staff took 20 minutes just to assist one person. For dropping off the car, they provided us an address for a parking lot 800 meters from the train station. After driving there and circling around twice, we couldn’t locate anyone for the inspection. We ended up parking the car at a spot marked with Locauto signage. At this point, we encountered a young Italian man with poor English skills who told us to go to the first floor and find the parking lot manager to call the car rental company. We did find the manager, but instead of making the call, he instructed us to drop the car keys into a box set up by the rental company. After we finally sorted things and returned to the train station, we realized that the drop-off and inspection should have been done at the station office. The Locauto staff were, however, very sincere and assured us to trust them as they would inspect the car afterwards at the parking lot.

The car rental company is overall pretty good. However, the pick-up experience was terrible. It was raining that day and we had to wait outside for an hour. The car rental platform's assistance was useless.

“BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE CAR HIRE - CASE STILL OPEN”

Locauto was unable to read two credit cards saying that the cards were “blocked”.....no alternative solution was provided as the person at the desk was not collaborative, so we never got access to the car . Luckily SIXT car hire 5 meters away was open and of course, as it always happen to me as I book cars everywhere in europe since years with my credit card, we took another car. Nonetheless, we paid 85 euros instead of 25 because Locauto was: - unable to read the card correctly - unable/unwilling to give help and also a little unpolite to be honest. As we booked with Easyrentcars they just said “check with the broker” as we weren’t even their clients..... So my experience with locauto was absolutely terrible . No IT capabilities, poor customer service , bad attitude
