the vehicle given to us wasn't the vehicle scheduled. We were supposed to get a Mitsubishi Mirage but it wasn't on the lot. Instead we were rented a large Toyota SUV which sucked way too much fuel. The next day we returned to the rental lot and were given a choice of mostly SUV vehicles. We opted for a Hyundai Kona which actually was a decent, comfortable ride.

Charged us more than they promised. Poor customer representative at the pick up.

Some functions don’t work (drop price warranty, coupons apply etc), but other then that everything else works smooth, fast and pretty good.

Rented a full size vehicle. Told we was upgraded to SUV... appeared to be no full size available. The small suv we recieved did not have enough space due to hatch etc. Hitting suitcases.... had to sit with some luggage on our laps for 3 hrs to our location
