the vehicle given to us wasn't the vehicle scheduled. We were supposed to get a Mitsubishi Mirage but it wasn't on the lot. Instead we were rented a large Toyota SUV which sucked way too much fuel. The next day we returned to the rental lot and were given a choice of mostly SUV vehicles. We opted for a Hyundai Kona which actually was a decent, comfortable ride.

“Happy beginnings to a great vacation”

While evaluation the selection of vehicles available, I left my camera case(backpack) in a vehicle I didn't choose. Realizing it 3 hrs later, I tried to call the rental company, with no success. 10 hours later, I returned to the rental office to find the camera case intact, in the office.Very happy to find it.

Car was not the Jeep I requested, but a Kia Sportage, 70,000 miles? Car had dents, scratches, seats had many stains, plus right rear tire needed air everyday.. Worst car I ever rented. Shuttle from Denver Airport to Fox was a horror show,, not a direct route.

I rented on Easy car rental to pick up a Fox rental car bit the guy at Fox charged me almost twice of what the rate I was quoted. They charged me for additional fees, taxes and insurance. I tried to decline insurance because I already had it but they said it was mandatory. I still have to call to get my money back. It was a terrible experience
