The car was a new model with only 2400 kilometers, a FIAT500 hybrid, which was pretty nice and fuel-efficient, though it struggled a bit on hills. My dissatisfaction lies with QEEQ. Firstly, their app incorrectly located the return address at the company's rental counter, causing me to circle around three times in frustration. Secondly, QEEQ's customer service has significantly worsened since before the pandemic, which is disappointing. Your prices are similar to those of international websites, and I chose you for convenience. However, when I asked for assistance coordinating an earlier return time with the rental company, it would have been simpler to call them myself. Thumbs down to QEEQ.

we reached early to pick up the car at 17:36. My booking was made to be picked up at 18:30. The customer service officer did not inform us that we would have to wait till 18:30, he gave us the car early, and only after the trip, I am billed an extra day of rental of 100 euros, when my per day of rental was 57 euros approximately.
