There were quite a few people in line when picking up the car, and only one staff member, so the wait was a bit long. However, the staff was very nice.

Very satisfied. Picking up and returning the car was unbelievably smooth (I bought the full insurance package).

Upon arrival and pickup in the airport, the fellow at the desk really tried to push a lot of unnecessary extras such as fill up option, upgrade to larger car and extra insurance at us which we declined. The folks outside at the pickup and dropoff both were very kind and curtious.
