The car was upgraded to a Volvo V90.

The first staff member was very dismissive, though the staff later were quite nice.

When we arrived at the pick-up point, they said there were no cars available and asked us to go to the drop-off point to get a car. They gave us a Jeep, which broke down after a few kilometers. The rescue team came and said the car's battery was broken and advised us not to turn off the engine. When we drove back to exchange the car, they claimed we didn't refuel it and charged us 10 euros for fuel. We had scheduled to pick up the car at 10:30 AM but ended up wasting six hours, finally getting a Peugeot 2008 at 4:30 PM. Our trip to Como was ruined. At drop-off, the final charge was inexplicably higher than what was indicated on the paperwork after the second car exchange.

The first car they gave me was an Alfa Romeo, but the oil light was on. Luckily, I noticed and requested a change. After communication, they replaced it with an Audi A3. There are major issues with vehicle maintenance.

The efficiency of the European staff is unimpressive. The car pick-up process was quite slow.
