Great service. Both pickup and return were very convenient. I accidentally scratched the car, but Dollar rental didn't make a fuss. Excellent service; I will choose Dollar again next time!

We waited little over 3 hrs to get the vehicle. Worst experience ever. Please do not take over bookings if you do not have enough staff and vehicles. It was our spring break and kids got really tired waiting to get car. Several customers were waiting and staff at the counter was rude to customers saying they have ling wait and we can get refund and go to another provider if we want. Never ever will use Dollar rentals

I would not reccomend dollar. They didn't not have the car I booked for and despite me calling them the day before failed to inform me that they didn't have the car size I had booked. The car I picked up was dirty. And now when I been try to reach their customer service there is no response. Stay away!

I was charged more than I was supposed to be. My confirmation said one thing and they charged me $100 more and basically said to bad.
