The car pickup process was very quick.

Paid and booked a month in advance, but still waited two hours for the car and was given a lower category model.

This store has very low ratings on Google Maps. It is located at a distance from the airport, making it quite far to walk, and there are basically no sidewalks, which makes it very difficult. When picking up the car, we agreed that returning it an hour late would not incur extra charges, but when I returned the car five minutes past the agreed time, the system automatically charged me for an extra day. After noticing the discrepancy on the receipt, I complained to the return staff, who directed me to the pickup staff. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the pickup staff canceled the extra day's charge. Overall, although this store isn't exactly terrible, you need to be extra careful...

the car had no power, it went backwards on the slopes despite being automatic. they delivered it to me without gasoline and at the time of returning it they wanted to charge me a surplus of 175 dollars to return it with the empty tank. Luckily I had the receipt that I put gas on it as soon as I picked it up at a gas station near the airport. They treated me badly on the dollar counter.
