Very nice! My English isn't great, so I used a translation app on my phone to communicate with the staff at the store. They were very patient, speaking slowly into the phone one sentence at a time, making the whole process very smooth. Returning the car was even more impressive. I parked the car in the lot, went to the return desk inside the terminal, and they only asked if the car was parked before taking the keys and saying everything was okay. There was no inspection at all.

Fairly organized, but lacks Chinese instructions, hence the low rating.

Great reliability and service attitude.

The car was great; no complaints aside from some leftover aged fries beneath the seat. Hidden charges both before and after the trip. Seeking refund took months. Don't forget to keep your receipts and/or take photos to dispute false charges.
