“Car was fine, but customer service at the pickup counter was awful”

When I arrived at the counter, with a reservation, they told me they didn't have any cars. No explanation and no other options. Because I asked around at other counters, a manager overheard me and was able to get me a car but the staff at the counter were terrible and dismissive. It took me well over an hour to get a car.

Did not receive the email receipt of final payment. This has caused great inconvenience as I have been unable to claim reimbursement for the expense. Every other car rental company emails the receipt immediately. Very unhappy.
